Exolet TV Connects with PointClickCare to Simplify Resident Onboarding and Community TV Access
A public PointClickCare Marketplace listing documents Exolet TV’s resident-directory integration, helping communities keep account information aligned while bringing personalized TV to compatible devices residents already own.

LAS VEGAS — October 24, 2026 — Exolet LLC announces its completed PointClickCare integration and public listing in the PointClickCare Marketplace. Listed as an Integrated Solution in the Resident & Family Engagement category, Exolet TV connects community TV onboarding with the resident information communities already maintain in PointClickCare. The integration supports Exolet’s approach to adding a personalized TV experience alongside existing operational and engagement systems.
Start with the resident records already in place
The Marketplace’s integration description explains that, when a community activates Exolet TV, the connection reads its facility roster and resident census to prepare the Exolet community directory. The listed information includes facility and unit assignments, resident names, and email addresses.
Residents can use a short access code to reach their community channel, with personalization supported by verification against the existing records. This gives the community a starting point for resident access without asking staff to create a separate roster from scratch.
Keep PointClickCare as the source of record
According to the listing, additions and departures are reflected automatically in Exolet. Information moves from PointClickCare to Exolet in one direction; the connection does not write back to the clinical record. The listing identifies two-legged OAuth as the connection’s authorization method.
For community teams, the practical value is an account-management workflow connected to the system they already maintain. During implementation, Exolet works with the community to confirm activation, access permissions, and the resident experience to be delivered.
Make community information part of everyday TV use
Exolet TV brings community information, entertainment, and personalized content together on supported screens. Activities, announcements, dining information, family connections, and interest-based content can give residents reasons to return to their channel throughout the day.
The resident-directory connection supports onboarding and account alignment. Community calendars, menus, announcements, and other programming are managed through the content sources and publishing arrangements selected for each deployment. Those content workflows are scoped separately from the resident census connection.
An open approach to existing engagement platforms
Exolet offers its own engagement platform and is equally committed to working alongside other engagement platforms, community websites, and compatible content services. A community can retain the systems that work for it while adding a TV experience for residents.
The PointClickCare integration demonstrates how a defined connection can support that approach. Each additional connection is reviewed for available interfaces, permissions, and implementation requirements. Communities can discuss their existing platform with Exolet before choosing how content will reach resident devices and common-area screens.
A public listing communities can review
The PointClickCare Marketplace provides a public reference for the integration’s described scope and Exolet’s listing category. Community operators can read the listing directly, review the integration details, and use it as a starting point for a demonstration focused on their own workflows.
Exolet’s Community TV Buyer’s Guide provides a complementary evaluation process covering device compatibility, resident usability, access permissions, integration responsibilities, and a practical pilot. Buyers can use those questions to define what they need to see before rollout.
Community TV across eight platform families
Exolet TV supports eight platform families: Apple TV, Roku, Android TV/Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung smart TVs, LG smart TVs, Windows, and macOS. Official store and installer links are available in Exolet’s platform directory.
On compatible devices, residents can use equipment they already own without a mandatory proprietary Exolet box. Device model, operating-system version, regional availability, and enabled features should be confirmed for the intended community deployment.
