LAS VEGAS — October 24, 2026 — Exolet LLC reports that several hundred participants across multiple communities evaluated and tested Exolet TV, its supporting engagement platforms, and its smartphone apps during a four-week focus-group and feedback program in June 2026. The company used the feedback to help shape more useful experiences for seniors and residents of 55+ communities.

Learning from the people the platform serves

The forums brought residents into the product-development process across TV, supporting engagement platforms, and smartphone apps. Exolet reports that some participants brought substantial Silicon Valley and technology-sector backgrounds, alongside residents with a wide range of other experience. Participants are not identified in this announcement.

The program was designed around a practical question: how can community television provide more value to the people using it? By inviting people to evaluate the platform, Exolet sought input grounded in the resident experience.

Putting resident value at the center of development

Exolet’s stated purpose was to improve value for seniors and people living in 55+ communities. Hearing from participants in several communities gave the company perspectives from more than one setting and helped inform continued product development.

The company reports that the feedback helped shape the product. This announcement does not assign specific feature changes to individual participants or publish numerical satisfaction results. Exact participant totals, named communities, and a detailed findings report have not been provided for public release.

An agnostic approach to engagement platforms

Exolet offers its own engagement tools and is also happy to integrate its TV platform with other engagement platforms. Communities can keep systems that already work for them and discuss compatible connections to Exolet TV. Integration scope depends on available interfaces, permissions, and the community’s needs.

A community TV experience across different screens

Exolet connects entertainment, community information, and personalized family content through supported TV apps and desktop options. Device choice is a practical part of the model because residents may already own different televisions, streaming players, and computers.

The feedback program reflects an effort to build around the experience of people who use the service. The current platform directory documents eight platform families, giving residents and community teams a verifiable place to review installation routes and device requirements.

Product evaluation and continued learning

The June program is a company-reported product-feedback study, not a clinical trial. It is not evidence of medical efficacy, cognitive improvement, reduced medication use, or treatment of dementia. Its purpose was to gather feedback to help develop the product.

Exolet welcomes discussions with communities interested in sharing practical experience. Future reporting can describe specific product changes, participant observations, and implementation lessons when supporting records and permissions are available.

Getting started

Community leaders, residents, and family representatives can review the platform directory and contact Exolet to discuss the audience, existing equipment, content, and access requirements. Organizations interested in contributing product feedback can ask about opportunities to share their experience.
