LAS VEGAS — November 01, 2026 — Exolet LLC is expanding its community TV business into the condominium and multifamily market with a bundled offering for buildings and their residents: a custom Exolet TV channel for the property, professionally managed digital signage, and the ability to connect participating local-business content with Exolet TV channels in nearby buildings. The model is designed for the mix of televisions and devices people already own, rather than requiring every building, business, and resident to adopt one identical display.

A building channel paired with managed signage

Each participating property can have a custom TV channel for its building and residents, bringing building information and community content into the Exolet TV experience on compatible devices residents already own. The bundled offer also includes professionally managed digital signage for shared spaces and participating local businesses.

The intent is to give property teams a coordinated way to serve the resident experience and the physical spaces around the building. Exact content, signage locations, supported devices, and management responsibilities are agreed for each deployment.

The same technology also works with 55+ communities and senior living facilities, where custom community channels and professionally managed signage can support residents and staff.

Connecting nearby businesses with participating buildings

Exolet’s proximity-based channel networking is available now. A local business using Exolet digital signage can connect its menu boards and promotions with Exolet TV channels in nearby participating buildings. When a restaurant changes a menu item or adds a special to its digital sign, that update becomes available in real time for residents to view through Exolet TV in the connected buildings.

One participating business can be connected with dozens of nearby buildings that use Exolet TV, subject to participating locations and the configured proximity area. As additional buildings and businesses join, the local network can extend its reach while each participant continues using its own compatible screens.

There is no fixed limit on the number of businesses that can join the network. Exolet typically starts by connecting businesses within walking distance of a building, making nearby services easy for residents to discover. Restaurants, fitness centers, spas, doctors’ offices, and any business that has or wants digital signage in a lounge or waiting area can participate. Their public menus, promotions, and service information can be available in real time through connected Exolet TV building channels.

The content serves double duty. A fitness center can publish its current yoga-class schedule once and use it as digital signage inside the facility while making the same schedule available in real time to residents in dozens of nearby buildings connected through Exolet TV. When the schedule changes, the updated information serves both audiences. Businesses maintain useful information for their own visitors while helping nearby residents discover classes, services, and offers.

Residents choose what to view

Residents view connected business signage on demand. A restaurant menu, fitness schedule, or other business update is available when a resident chooses to look at it; it is not automatically inserted into their viewing stream.

Residents can also choose to include restaurants and businesses they frequent in their Ambient View. Updates from those selected businesses then appear as part of the normal rotation of slides while residents listen to music they enjoy. This gives each resident a choice between looking up information when needed and including favorite local businesses in their everyday ambient experience.

Designed for the screens people already own

Buildings, residents, and businesses use a wide variety of screens. Exolet’s approach connects a building’s channel, residents’ compatible TVs and devices, and a business’s signage through one community-oriented platform. Each participant can use its own compatible screens; they do not need to replace them with one identical display system.

Exolet considers this first-of-its-kind solution distinct because it links each business’s live signage updates with resident channels across nearby buildings, while working across the compatible devices people already own. The first-of-its-kind claim applies to this integrated model, not to TV apps or digital signage on their own.

Senior living remains central to Exolet

Exolet continues to serve senior living, 55+ communities, residents, and families. The same building-channel and signage technology is available to these communities too. Exolet is expanding into luxury high-rises in response to strong demand in that market, extending its community-channel foundation while maintaining its work with senior living and 55+ properties.

The company will continue developing offerings for the communities and organizations it serves, with each deployment shaped around its residents, property, participating businesses, and existing compatible devices.
