Inside an Exolet Screen

How One Yoga Schedule Serves a Fitness Center and Nearby Buildings

A current class schedule does double duty: on-site digital signage and useful information for nearby residents.

A fitness center already needs to tell visitors when classes take place. With Exolet, that same maintained schedule can appear on the facility’s signage and be available in real time to residents in nearby participating buildings. This is an operational capability today.

Read the demonstration screen

The Brookwood Village Fitness Studio example shows a left-hand class list, including Sunrise Yoga at 7 AM, and a larger feature area on the right. A viewer can scan the schedule and see the featured class without reading a dense poster. The screen is labeled as a demo schedule; it does not represent a real operating studio or a current booking offer.

For a live schedule, add an effective date or service period, the business location and any booking instructions people need. Someone already inside the facility may know where the class is held; someone looking at home may not. One sign serving both audiences needs enough context for both.

Why a change matters beyond the facility

If a yoga class changes time, updating the connected signage makes the revised content available to the resident network in real time. Staff are maintaining one piece of information for two uses. The resident can consult it before walking over, and the facility’s visitors see the same maintained schedule.

This does not imply automatic enrollment, a guaranteed place or a booking integration. If reservations are required, the published schedule should give the correct instructions. The value described here is current, connected information.

Build access first; let residents choose

The nearby buildings need Exolet TV service available to their residents for this connection to deliver its residential value. A fitness sign in a lobby alone is not the same experience. Exolet connects the information to supported devices people already own, alongside common-area displays.

Residents can open the fitness schedule on demand. Those who regularly attend may choose the center for Ambient View, making its updates part of their personal rotation with music they enjoy. Others can leave it out. A useful local network expands the resident’s options without prescribing their screen.

A simple launch test

Use a clearly marked test schedule, make one controlled time change and check the facility display and resident-facing content. Verify the service period, location and booking instructions. Then restore the correct operational information before launch. Record who will handle future cancellations and substitutions so the benefit continues after the first demonstration.
